PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging/dispensing support system useful for quickly dissolving uneven distribution of dispensing workload and reducing a ratio of manual pharmaceutical dispensing work.SOLUTION: Stagnant blocks in need of help are clearly presented by tabulating data of the number of waiting cases for dispensing and wait times in each of dispensing blocks 13-18 and displaying them on a screen of a portable terminal 19.
