PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyhexamethylene sebacamide resin fine particles, which include spherically-shaped particles and anisotropically-shaped ones and have finely rugged surfaces to exhibit moderately rough texture, and to provide cosmetics using these particles and having excellent touch feeling to the skin.SOLUTION: After dissolving a polyhexamethylene sebacamide resin in alcohol or a mixture of alcohol and water, the polyhexamethylene sebacamide resin fine particles are obtained by precipitating.
