PURPOSE: A vegetation retaining wall structure equipped with a watering device is provided to store water in the inside of a retaining wall in a rainy season to continuously supply plants with water in a dry season. CONSTITUTION: A vegetation retaining wall structure equipped with a watering device includes multiple geogrids(100), infusorial earth(600), a front side mesh, and a watering device. The multiple geogrids are vertically laminated with a fixed distance on a cut slope, and formed with one end in a direction toward the cut slope and the other end in a direction toward the opposite side of the cut slope. The infusorial earth is placed between multiple geogrids. The front side mesh is united with the other end of the multiple geogrids, and forms a vertical surface or an inclined surface. The watering device is installed on the rear side of the front side mesh, and includes a collection open channel(520) on the upper end, multiple horizontal pipes(540) and multiple vertical pipes(560). The collection open channel on the upper end flows in and stores water. The multiple horizontal pipes are installed in a combination on the lower part of the collection open channel to store a fixed quantity of water as a water flowing channel.
