PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To estimate a work content and a concentration state of a worker who works using an information device. SOLUTION: A first step of acquiring an active window log and an input device operation log from an information device, and a second step of analyzing the active window log and the input device operation log and estimating a work content of a worker. In addition, one or more indexes selected from the input device operation log and the biological signal are selected in advance for each estimated work content, and the worker's concentration state is estimated according to the work content estimated in the second step. The estimation method includes a third step of determining an index to be used, and a fourth step of analyzing data about the determined index and estimating a worker's concentration state.
