PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cloth electrode having improved adhesion durability to the skin, which is hard to be peeled off from the worn skin, and which is hard to leave a non-conductive cloth layer on the skin, and a method for manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: The fabric electrode 1 of the present invention has a conductive fabric layer 2, a first non-conductive fabric layer 3 laminated on the upper surface of the conductive fabric layer 2, and the first non-conductive fabric layer 3. The second non-conductive fabric layer 4 laminated on the upper surface of the second non-conductive fabric layer 4 is provided, and the melting point of the second resin constituting the second non-conductive fabric layer 4 constitutes the first non-conductive fabric layer 3.
