1. A device comprising: a) a nozzle having an upstream end and a downstream end adapted to allow at least a portion of said nozzle to be placed in the subject’s nostril； b) a reservoir containing a single dose of a therapeutic therapeutic powder forms, with the tank having an upper end in the direction of flow and a lower end in the direction of flow and located inside the specified nozzle； c) a valve having an upper in the direction of flow and a lower in the direction of an eye end, wherein the valve is adapted to engage the first position and the second position in the apparatus, and wherein the valve is adapted to display the diffusion powdered therapeutic formulation when the device is actuated； and d) an air source operably connected to the upstream end of the valve, the device being a disposable device. The device according to claim 1, wherein the valve is adapted to create a rotating air flow in the tank when the air source is actuated. The device according to claim 1, wherein the valve is adapted to allow airflow to cover the entire wall of the tank when the air source is actuated. The device according to claim 1, wherein the valve is at least partially located in the nozzle. The device according to claim 1, wherein the powdered therapeutic formulation is located along the inner wall of the nozzle and between the valve and the inner wall of the nozzle.
