The creation system includes a high pressure gas mixed liquid structure, an operating valve structure and a buffer device. The high pressure gas is mixed into the liquid structure for storing a high pressure liquid containing bubbles and has a first liquid discharge portion. The operating valve structure is provided with a joint portion coupled to the first liquid discharge portion and generating a passage. The channel has a channel diameter, the buffer device is disposed in the channel, and has a groove, and has a buffer device diameter smaller than the diameter of the channel, so that a buffer space and a rear channel are formed between the buffer device and the channel. When the operation valve structure is opened, when the high-pressure liquid containing bubbles is flushed out from the first liquid discharge portion, a part first hits the groove, and then passes through the buffer space and the rear space, and is buffered and supplied by the operation valve structure. In this case, the buffer device can buffer the impact force of the high-pressure liquid containing bubbles, the double buffering effect is better, the structure is simple, and the tight-sealing ring body improves the air-tight bonding effect.本創作係包括一高壓氣體混入液體結構、一操作閥結構及一緩衝裝置。高壓氣體混入液體結構用以儲存一含氣泡之高壓液體,並具有一第一出液部。操作閥結構設一接合部與第一出液部連結,並產生一通道。通道具有一通道直徑,緩衝裝置設於通道內,並具有一凹溝,且具有一小於通道直徑的緩衝裝置直徑,使得緩衝裝置與通道之間形成一緩衝空間及一後方通道。當操作閥結構開啟,含氣泡之高壓液體從第一出液部衝出時,一部分先撞擊凹溝,先後繞經緩衝空間與後方空間,才由操作閥結構緩衝供出。本案達到兼具緩衝裝置可緩衝含氣泡之高壓液體的衝擊力、雙重緩衝效果更佳、結構簡單,及止密圈體提高氣密結合效果。
