PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dilate a branch region concerning a stent delivery catheter for transporting a stent to the branch region where a lumen is branched inside a body.SOLUTION: A stent delivery catheter 10 includes: a balloon catheter 11； and a stent 12 attached to the outer peripheral surface of a balloon 15 of the catheter 11. The balloon catheter 11 includes: an inner tube 17 for inserting a first guide wire G1 to be introduced to a main lumen to an inside； and a guide wire tube 18 for inserting a second guide wire G2 to be introduced to a branch lumen to an inside. The guide wire tube 18 is arranged on the outer peripheral surface of the balloon 15 and extended in the axial direction of the balloon 15. Introduction ports 34 are formed in a peripheral wall part 33 of the guide wire tube 18. The introduction ports 34 are positioned on the inner sides of projection parts 28 that are projected toward a base end side in annular parts 26 when viewed from the outer peripheral side of the balloon 15 concerning the attachment state of the stent 12 on the balloon 15.
