The uniform flow rate features may include one or more of a flow restricting membrane (26, 54, 74, 258, 274, 286, 296, 452, ) or flow restricting component (326) within an infusion section of the catheter. In other arrangements, exit holes (304) defining the infusion section of the catheter may be configures to provide the desired uniform flow rate over the length of the infusion section.
