摘要：: The present invention relates to a sustained-release microsphere, and a method for manufacturing the same. Provided are a sustained-release microsphere comprising a bioactive drug, a biocompatible polymer, and a release sustainer, wherein the release sustainer is a surfactant having HLB value of 10 to 20, and a manufacturing method thereof. The sustained-release microsphere according to the present invention has excellent release sustaining properties of the bioactive drug, shortens process time and reduces a remaining solvent.본 발명은 서방성 미립구 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 생리활성약제, 생체적합성 고분자 및 방출지연제를 포함하고, 상기 방출지연제는 HLB 값이 10 내지 20인 계면활성제인 서방성 미립구 및 이의 제조방법을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 서방성 미립구는 생리활성약제의 방출지연 특성이 우수하고, 짧은 공정시간과 낮은 잔류용매를 제공할 수 있다.
