PURPOSE: Provided are multi-layered noodle strips consisting of a front surface layer and a rear surface layer, and auxiliary ingredients and seasonings between the layers. Therefore, the noodles have characteristic flavor and various nutrients. CONSTITUTION: The multi-layered noodle strip is characterized by consisting of a front surface layer(1) and a rear surface layer(2) which are made from the same or different ingredients. It contains processed foods such as meat, seafood, vegetables or their mixture and seasonings between the layers. Its width is preferably 50mm or less.
