The present invention relates to a medical automatic suturing device for suturing a tissue by forming a continuous stitch at a predetermined interval and a predetermined tension and depth while moving along a movement direction set by a user along a suture object. The medical automatic suturing device includes a patch graft covering both ends of a ruptured rotator cuff； a moving body that sutures the patch graft using suture while moving the patch graft； a transfer unit for transferring the moving body； a suturing condition setting unit for setting a suturing condition； and a control unit for controlling the transfer of the transfer unit and the moving body according to the suturing condition set by the suturing condition setting unit. Accordingly, the present invention implements an automatic suturing device for arthroscopic surgery.봉합 대상을 따라 사용자가 설정한 이동 방향을 따라 이동하면서 일정한 간격과 일정한 장력 및 깊이로 연속적인 스티치를 형성하여 조직을 봉합하는 의료용 자동 봉합장치에 관한 것으로서, 파열된 회전근개 양 끝단을 덮는 패치 그라프트, 패치 그라프트를 이동하면서 봉합사를 이용하여 패치 그라프트를 봉합하는 이동 바디, 이동 바디를 이송시키는 이송부, 봉합 조건을 설정하는 봉합 조건설정부 및 봉합 조건설정부에 의해 설정된 봉합 조건에 따라 이송부의 이송과 이동 바디를 제어하는 제어부를 포함하여, 관절경 수술용 자동 봉합장치를 구현한다.
