An elastic supporting hole(111) is formed in one side of the slider. A shaft supporting hole(112) is formed in the other side of the slider to support the shaft of a wheel. A through hole(121) is formed to face the supporting shaft of the housing. The housing comprises a coupling hole supporting and including the slider to move according to the extension of an elastic member(114).
