Compositions and methods for an immunotherapeutic approach for human breast cancer is provided herein. Any antagonist of thymic stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP) and/or OX40L to inhibit tumor development and IL-13 secretion by blocking the upregulation of OX40L by DCs exposed to breast cancer, thereby blocking their capacity fo generate inflammatory IL-13+TNFα+IL-10negCD4+ T cells (Th2 cells). Thus, TSLP, and/or down-stream pathways,represent novel potential therapeutic targets against human breast cancer.本文提供用於人類乳癌之免疫療法的組合物及方法。胸腺基質淋巴生成素(TSLP)及/或OX40L之任一拮抗劑抑制腫瘤發展及IL-13分泌係藉由阻斷暴露於乳癌之DC上調OX40L,由此阻斷DC產生發炎IL-13+TNFα+IL-10negCD4+ T細胞(Th2細胞)之能力。因此,TSLP及/或下游路徑代表對抗人類乳癌之新穎潛在治療靶。(無元件符號說明)
