<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that the kind of motion state of a user is not determined based on the altitude of a portable device when various sensors are mounted on the portable device so as to detect the movements of the user of the portable device. <；P>；SOLUTION: The portable device includes: an altitude detecting part for detecting the altitude where the portable device is located； and a transmission part for transmitting altitude information indicating the detected altitude to an information processor 20.
