The present invention relates to an apparatus for molding and transporting hydrogel patches, and more specifically, relates to an apparatus for molding and transporting hydrogel patches, which is able to make patches in a desired shape by cutting materials made of hydrogel, absorb the patches without injury, and transport the patches to a loading container.
