A fixation pin for fracture reduction. The disclosed fixation pin for fracture reduction comprises: an inner fixation pin inserted from the cortex on one side of the bone to the cortex on the other side an outer fixation pin including a first hole protruded with the front end and the rear end of the inner fixation pin in which the inner fixation pin is penetrated, and a first screw unit formed by being protruded to the front end, which is inserted only one side of the cortex of the bone, and fixated with the inner fixation pin and a sleeve including a second hole protruded with the front end and the rear end of the outer fixation pin in which the outer fixation pin is penetrated, which is fixated on the outer fixation pin. Accordingly, the present invention is capable of performing internal fixation in the case of performing fracture reduction by using the fixation pin.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016정복 수술용 고정핀이 개시된다. 개시된 정복 수술용 고정핀은 뼈의 한쪽 피질에서 반대쪽 피질까지 삽입되는 내부고정핀 상기 내부고정핀이 관통하여 상기 내부고정핀의 선단 및 후단이 돌출되는 제1 구멍 및 선단에 돌출되어 형성된 제1 나사부를 포함하여 뼈의 한쪽 피질에만 삽입되며, 상기 내부고정핀이 고정되는 외부고정핀 및 상기 외부고정핀이 관통하여 상기 외부고정핀의 선단 및 후단이 돌출되는 제2 구멍을 포함하며 상기 외부고정핀에 고정되는 슬리브 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 따라서 본 발명은 고정핀을 사용하여 골절 정복을 수행한 경우에도 내고정술을 시행할 수 있도록 한다.
