PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a windmill type harmful bird/insect pest come-flying prevention device which avoids birds to prevent come-flying thereof by being able to rotate to diffuse light in all directions even if a wind blows from any direction, and can be easily and certainly assembled.SOLUTION: A windmill type harmful bird/insect pest come-flying prevention device includes a light reflective windmill 4 capable of rotating around a vertical axis through a rotary cylinder member 3 through which a support shaft member 2 is inserted. The rotary cylinder member 3 includes upper and lower cylinder members 60, 61 whose end portions 57, 59 are engaged and integrated with each other. An impeller 81 constituting the windmill 4 uses one impeller formation sheet, and is configured by forming a plurality of vane pieces 89 by appropriately making cuts in the impeller formation sheet, bending the respective vane pieces 89, and lapping end portions thereof.
