PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method in which a scattering machine for powder pellet uniformly and appropriately scatters even when the kind and specific gravity, etc., of fertilizers, medicines are different.SOLUTION: The air flow rate is automatically controlled by linking with an air flow controlling valve 2 of an air flow feeding tube 1 based on the selection of an index-value A indicating relation between discharging amount of various scattering powder pellet and a proper air flow rate. The air flow controlling valve 2 is characteristically controlled by the air flow rate obtained from the index-value A and the detected value by an air flow rate sensor 3 of the air flow feeding tube 1.
