PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell culture carrier having sufficient adhesiveness of cells, and a cell sheet including the carrier.SOLUTION: A cell culture carrier according to an aspect of the present invention is a cell culture carrier including a porous resin film, in which the porous resin film has a plurality of rod-like nodes and a large number of fibrils connected between the nodes. An average width of nodes is preferably 0.1 μm or more and 10 μm or less, and an average length of the nodes is preferably 20 μm or more and 2,000 μm or less. It is preferable that a plurality of nodes are disposed along one direction. An average spacing between the nodes is preferably 1 μm or more and 100 μm or less. A main polymer of the porous resin film is preferably fluororesin, and polytetrafluoroethylene is particularly preferable. A cell sheet according to an aspect of the present invention includes a cell culture carrier, and a cell cultured on the cell culture carrier.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
