He also mentioned a pharmacological formula in which the active ingredients include tributylbutylene, octreone and alpha-d-galactic toxin, which is an effective way to treat irritable bowel symphony.Referido un metodo de preparacion de una formulacion farmaceutica que comprende (1) mezclar y tamizar trimebutina, dimeticona, alfa-D-galactosidasa, y una solucion aglutinante para obtener una mezcla； y (2) moler, secar, y tamizar la mezcla para obtener una mezcla molida, seca y tamizada, en donde la formulacion farmaceutica es una tableta, tableta recubierta o capsula. Tambien se refiere a una formulacion farmaceutica en donde los ingredientes activos de la composicion consisten de trimebutina, simeticona, y alfa-D-galactosidasa, siendo util en el tratamiento del sindrome de intestino irritable.
