The invention relates to a pressure-sensitive adhesivetape or sheet, which includes a support and a pressure-sensitiveadhesive layer. The support includes a firstsubstrate, which includes a meltblown nonwoven fabric, anda second substrate, which includes a spunbond nonwovenfabric having a bulk density of from 0.05 to 0.3 g/cm3 andis disposed on at least one side of the first substrate.The support is treated with a filling agent and the secondsubstrate is arranged as the outermost layer on the supportside. The invention also relates to a pressure-sensitiveadhesive tape or sheet, which includes a laminate of aplurality of substrates being treated with a filling agentand having a loop hardness of from 15 to 60 mN. Theinvention further relates to a process for producing apressure-sensitive adhesive tape or sheet.
