Referring to tricyclic compounds of formula (i) wherein R1 is aryl or heteroaryl, R2 = is nr3s 2r3, alkyl, cycloalkyl, aryl or heteroaryl and M is 1 or 2； and their stereoisomers and pharmaceutically acceptable salts, solvates of the same.These compounds are inhibitors of kinase ataxia telangiectasia mutated and Rad3 related (ATR) and are potentially useful in the treatment of cancer, especially Lung, Prostate, melanoma, ovarian, Breast, endometrial, among others.
