The present invention relates to a monoclonal antibody against envelope domain III on four serotypes of dengue virus, and a use thereof. The monoclonal antibody is capable of recognizing all the four serotypes of dengue virus, and thus can be applied to kits for diagnosing infection by dengue virus. Complementarity-determining region (CDR) sequences acquired by a sequence analysis can be developed into human antibody or humanized antibody using antibody engineering technologies, thereby being useful as antibody for treating infectious diseases caused by dengue virus.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017본 발명은 뎅기 바이러스 4가지 혈청형의 외막 도메인 Ⅲ에 대한 단일클론 항체 및 이의 용도에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 단일클론 항체는 뎅기 바이러스 4가지 혈청형 모두를 인식할 수 있기 때문에, 뎅기 바이러스의 감염 진단용 키트에 적용할 수 있으며, 서열분석을 통해 확보된 CDR 서열을 추후 항체 공학 기술을 이용하여 인간화 항체 또는 인간항체로 개발하여 뎅기 바이러스 감염 질환의 치료용 항체로 사용할 수 있을 것이다.
