PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a height correction device for solving problems in which it is not possible to adjust a blood pressure measurement device to the height of a heart of a subject during sleeping, and therefore the effect to a blood pressure by the sleeping rolling over and the movement of a wrist cannot be found from a recorded blood pressure measurement value.SOLUTION: A height correction device is provided in which, when a body rotation or a body movement occurs in a region wearing a measuring device in a subject in a measurement period comprising a bedtime period, the height information of a heart serving as a reference and the height information of a wrist with a blood pressure measurement device being worn thereon are measured by using communications technology, height correction is given to an acquired blood pressure measurement value by using the height information, and thereby the measurement blood pressure value measured in the height position of the heart is approximated and a high-precision measurement value is acquired.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】就寝中の被測定者は、血圧測定装置を心臓部の高さに調整できず、睡眠中の寝返りや手首の移動による血圧への影響は、記録された血圧測定値から見いだせない。【解決手段】高さ補正装置は、就寝期間含む測定期間で被測定者における身体の回転や測定装置が装着された部位に体動が発生した際に、基準となる心臓部の高さ情報や血圧測定装置が装着された手首の高さ情報を通信技術を用いて測定し、取得された血圧測定値に高さ情報を用いて高さ補正を施し、心臓部の高さ位置で測定される測定血圧値に近似させて精度の高い測定値を取得する。【選択図】図1
