An embodiment of the present invention provides a surgical navigation system, comprising: an electromagnetic wave generation unit； a first sensing unit attached on a surgical spot of a target object to sense an attachment position on the surgical spot； a second sensing unit installed in a customized surgical guide tool inserted into the surgical spot, receiving an electromagnetic wave, and sensing a position of the customized surgical guide tool； a third sensing unit installed in an assistant surgical tool inserted into the surgical spot and sensing a position of the assistant surgical tool； an information processing unit setting the position of the customized surgical guide tool, in the case that the customized surgical guide tool is inserted into the surgical spot, as a reference position, registering the position of the first sensing unit and the position of the third sensing unit, and tracing the position of the assistant surgical tool from the position where the first sensing unit is attached on the surgical spot； and a display unit displaying information on the target object, the position of the customized surgical guide tool, and the position of the assistant surgical tool. The present invention can reduce surgical errors which can occur according to a characteristic anatomical difference of each patient during total hip arthroplasty.일 실시예에 따른 수술 항법 시스템은, 전자기파 발생부； 대상체의 수술부위에 부착되어 상기 수술부위에 부착된 위치를 감지하는 제1감지부； 상기 수술부위로 삽입되는 맞춤형수술가이드도구에 설치되고, 전자기파를 수신하고 상기 맞춤형수술가이드도구의 위치를 감지하는 제2감지부； 상기 수술부위로 삽입되는 보조수술도구에 설치되고, 상기 보조수술도구의 위치를 감지하는 제3감지부； 상기 맞춤형수술가이드도구가 상기 수술부위로 삽입된 경우의 상기 맞춤형수술가이드도구의 위치를 기준 위치로 설정하여 상기 제1감지부의 위치 및 상기 제3감지부의 위치를 등록하고, 상기 제1감지부가 상기 수술부위에 부착된 위치를 기준으로 상기 보조수술도구의 위치를 추적하는 정보처리부； 및 상기 대상체, 상기 맞춤형수술가이드도구의 위치 및 상기 보조수술도구의 위치를 포함하는 정보를 표시하는 표시부를 포함할 수 있다.
