The present invention provides a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating cancer-resistant cancer comprising an antibody or an antigen-binding fragment thereof that specifically binds to ErbB3 according to one aspect, and a method for preventing or treating cancer-resistant cancer using the composition.
