Provided is an intraoral cleaner capable of widely cleaning the interior of the oral cavity due to the fact that a head portion (1) thereof does not include an element corresponding to a ring portion found in conventional tongue cleaners. The intraoral cleaner includes a rod-shaped grip (2) and a flat and thin head portion (1) provided on the front end of the rod-shaped grip (2). The head portion (1) is composed of a pouch-shaped sheet (4) and a core portion (8) filling the interior of the pouch-shaped sheet (4). The entire outer surface of the pouch-shaped sheet (4) is equipped with linear members (13) for scraping out dirt inside the oral cavity.
