The invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition comprising cis-oxoplatin, or a salt and/or derivative thereof, for use as a medicament in the treatment and/or preventation of stomach cancer. The invention further relates to the pharmaceutical composition as described for use in the treatment of stomach cancer, wherein the cis-oxoplatin or derivative thereof is administered in a form that is transformed under acidic pH to a tetrachloro-oxoplatin (IV).L'invention concerne une composition pharmaceutique comprenant du cis-oxoplatine, ou un sel et/ou dérivé de celui-ci, destinée à être utilisée en tant que médicament dans le traitement et/ou la prévention du cancer de l'estomac.
