A symbiotic probiotic bacterial preparation for preventing and treating tuberculosis in human beings and animals and a method for preparing same is proposed. The strain Corynebacterium diphtheriae tox - No.5047 is used to manufacture the preparation, said strain having been deposited in the State Collection of Microorganisms of Normal Microflora of the Federal Budgetary Institute for Science G.N. Gabrichevskii Moscow Scientific and Research Institute for Epidemiology and Microbiology [MNIIEM] of the Federal Inspectorate Service for Consumer Rights Protection and Personal Welfare [Rospotrebnadzor]. The obtained preparation is harmless and effective in producing both non-specific and specific anti-tuberculous immunity.Linvention concerne un produit bactérien probiotique pour la prévention et le traitement de la tuberculose chez lhomme et les animaux et son procédé de fabrication. Pour fabriquer le produit on utilise une souche de Corynebacterium diphtheriae tox- №5047 déposée à la Collection nationale des micro-organismes de la microflore normale de lEtablissement scientifique nationale FBOuN "Institut MNIIEM G.N. Gabrichevsky du Service fédéral de la protection du consommateur Rospotrebnadzor". Le produit obtenu est inoffensif et est efficace pour créer une immunité non spécifique mais aussi spécifique et dirigée contre la tuberculose.Предложен симбионтный пробиотический бактериальный препарат для профилактики и лечения туберкулеза у людей и животных и способ его приготовления. Для изготовления препарата используют штамм Corynebacterium diphtheriae tox- №5047, депонированный в Государственной коллекции микроорганизмов нормальной микрофлоры ФБУН «МНИИЭМ им. Г.Н.Габричевского Роспотребнадзора». Полученный препарат безвреден, эффективен для создания как неспецифического так и специфического противотуберкулезного иммунитета.
