PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce an absorptive article that sufficiently prevents leakage due to an excessive amount of body fluid, and also reduces skin disorders.SOLUTION: The absorptive article consists of a drainage part C2, and a buttocks part B2 located behind thereof, while a fluid-permeable surface sheet 22, a fluid-impermeable back sheet 21 and an absorbent body 23 are arranged from the drainage part C2 to the buttocks part B2. The absorbent body 23 has a discontinuous part 30 at the border between the drainage portion 23C and the buttocks portion 23B, where the absorbent body 23 does not continue in the forward and back direction. A bag 40 opened at the side of the drainage part C2 is provided at the back side of absorbent body 23B of the buttocks part B2, and the opening of the bag 40 communicates with the discontinuous part 30.
