Compositions comprising honey, myrhh, and Nigella Sativa seeds are described. The honey:myrrh:N. sativa seed ratio can be 100:0.5-50:0.1-10, based on weight. The compositions can also comprise one or more pharmaceutically acceptable diluents and/or excipients. Also described herein are methods for treating a wound comprising administering to the wound an effective amount of the present composition. The wound can be a bed sore or a diabetic ulcer. The wound can also be infected.
