PURPOSE: Fermented soybean powder and a producing method thereof are provided to offer the prevention effect of cancer, high blood pressure, and cardiovascular disease caused by activated oxygen. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of fermented soybean powder comprises the following steps: mixing pollen, purified water, and bacillus subtilis spawns, and cultivating to obtain culture fluid； injecting lactobacillus plantarum spawns to the culture fluid； centrifugal separating the culture fluid, and freeze-drying the obtained precipitate to obtain fermented pollen powder； and mixing the fermented pollen powder with the fermented soybean powder.본 발명은 화분, 정제수 및 바실러스 서브틸리스(Bacillussubtilis) 종균을 혼합하고, 48~52℃에서 40~60시간 배양하여 배양액을 얻는 단계； 상기 배양액에 락토바실러스 플란타룸(Lactobacillusplantarum) 종균을 접종하여 28~32℃에서 40~60시간 배양하는 단계； 배양액을 원심분리하고, 침전물을 동결건조하여 발효 화분 분말을 얻는 단계； 및 상기 발효 화분 분말에 청국장 분말을 혼합하는 단계를 포함하는 발효 화분 분말을 함유하는 청국장 분말의 제조 방법 및 상기 방법에 의해 제조된 발효 화분 분말을 함유하는 청국장 분말에 관한 것이다.
