To install an antenna in an electronic apparatus while preventing deterioration in radiation efficiency.SOLUTION: A radio communication device includes: a substantially cylindrical housing having a first opening and a second opening on a front surface and a back surface, respectively； a first cover member for blocking at least part of the first opening； a second cover member for blocking at least part of the second opening； an insulation member filled in a gap between the first cover member and the housing； a display； a base plate housed in the housing； an antenna circuit installed on the base plate； and a communication circuit installed on the base plate and electrically connected to the antenna circuit. The housing contains a metal material.
