The present invention relates to a fan heater temperature control system and, more specifically, to a fan heater temperature control system capable of maintaining the overall temperature within a greenhouse by having a temperature control apparatus directly connected with a main computer and having the temperature control apparatus and at least two fan heaters connected in a wired or wireless communication method, thereby freely controlling ON-OFF as well as the temperature of the fan heater.
