The green manufacturing method of high temperature resistant porous starch modifies potato starch using the combined-enzyme method. Large-grained potato starch is subjected to composite enzymatic hydrolysis to manufacture high temperature resistant and highly adsorptive porous starch granules through an external-to-intemal enzymatic pathway of glucoamylase and amylase, combined with an internal-to-extemal enzymatic pathway of glucosyltransferase. The porous starch granules have uniform porous distribution on the surface, along with pore size and depth with humidity internally.
