The green manufacturing method of high temperature resistant porous starch modifies potato starch using the combined-enzyme method. Large-grained potato starch is subjected to composite enzymatic hydrolysis to manufacture high temperature resistant and highly adsorptive porous starch granules through an external-to-intemal enzymatic pathway of glucoamylase and amylase, combined with an internal-to-extemal enzymatic pathway of glucosyltransferase. The porous starch granules have uniform porous distribution on the surface, along with pore size and depth with humidity internally. The present invention features simple process, short manufacturing period, no need for additional special equipment, low production cost, suitability for industrial production, no need for any additives during production, safety, and freedom from pollution.1/6 FU150Oum Figure 1
