The invention relates to a connection piece (5) for an enteral transfer system(1) and to an enteral transfer system (1) with such a connection piece (5), andalso to an arrangement composed of such a transfer system (1) and of an enteralfeed probe (2). The connection piece (5) according to the invention comprisesa distal attachment piece (11) for attachment of a connection piece (7) of a probetube (6) of an enteral feed probe (1), and a proximal attachment piece (11) forattachment of the connection tube (3) of a transfer system (1). The distal attachmentpiece (11) of the connection piece is conical or is designed in stepped fashionwith several portions (11A, 11B, 11C, 11D) of different diameter. The distalattachment piece (11) can therefore be releasably connected to the funnel-shapedconnection pieces of different diameter of the probe tubes of the known feed probes.The connection piece according to the invention can be used universally in thisrespect. The distal attachment piece (11) of the connection piece (5) accordingto the invention has a locking element (12B) which is designed in such a way thata releasable form-fit connection can be made to a connection piece of a probe tubeof an enteral feed probe that has a locking element complementing the lockingelement of the distal attachment piece.
