An automated acupressure glove comprising: a glove with an operative inner layer configured to come in contact with a body part, said inner layer of said glove being configured with spikes an air pocket superimposed on top of said inner layer so that as the air pocket expands with air, said spikes come in contact with said body part and as said air pocket deflates by removal of air, said spikes are non-contacted with said body part an electronic module configured to control entry, regulation, and exit of air to said air pocket and an air pump communicably coupled to said air pocket and to said electronic module to act as a source of air pressure and an outlet valve to exhaust air.
