The present invention is to provide a bone joint polyaxial plate which can improve locking performance with a screw by using a long spiral bump at the center on a plate hole and can fix the screw at a wide angle by using upper and lower short spiral bumps on the plate hole. The bone joint polyaxial plate according to the present invention comprises: a plate-shaped body unit； a plurality of plate holes penetrating the body unit； a truncated cone surface formed around the plate hole； a plurality of screw bumps protruding from the truncated cone surface； a connection unit connecting the plate holes； and a contact limitation unit formed concavely on the lower part of the plate holes.본 발명은 플레이트 홀에 형성되는 중앙의 긴 나선돌기를 이용하여 스크류와의 록킹 성능을 향상시킬 수 있고, 플레이트 홀에 형성되는 상하의 짧은 나선돌기를 이용하여 스크류를 광각 고정할 수 있는 골 접합 다축 플레이트를 제공한다.본 발명에 따른 골 접합 다축 플레이트는, 판형상의 몸체부； 상기 몸체부를 관통하는 다수의 플레이트 홀； 상기 플레이트 홀을 중심으로 형성된 원뿔대 형상면； 상기 원뿔대 형상면에 돌출 형성된 복수의 나선돌기； 상기 플레이트 홀 사이를 연결하는 연결부； 및 상기 플레이트 홀 하부에 오목지게 형성된 접촉 제한부를 포함한다.
