PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packing material for a poultice preventing the adhesion of the poultice at the time of packing and eliminating restriction at the time of bag making, and a packing bag for the poultice using it.SOLUTION: The packing material 10 for the poultice is used for packing the poultice, which is obtained by laminating a sticking layer containing a medicine and a release sheet on the base material, and characterized in that release layers 13 comprising a release agent melted by heat at the time of heat sealing are regularly or irregularly and discontinuously formed on the heat-sealing layer 12 of a sheet 11 having the heat-sealing layer 12 at least on one side thereof at least at heat-sealing scheduled parts.
