PURPOSE: An apparatus for baking dried slices of fish is provided to prepare a large amount of dried slice s of fish due to an automated process and to reduce generation rate of errors. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for baking dried slices of fish includes a dough making device(A), a molder(B) for making dried slices of fish, a transfer device(C) for dried slices of fish, a conveyer(D), a feeder installed at the upper part of the conveyor, two roasters(F1,F2), conveyor devices(G1,G2) for transferring the roasted slices, and a packaging device(I).본 발명은 상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위하여, 반죽장치(A)와, 상기 반죽장치(A)의 일 측에 설치되며, 반죽장치(A)와 관으로 연결되어 타원형 어포형상으로 제조하는 어포성형기(B)와, 상기 어포성형기(B)의 하부에 설치되어 성형된 어포를 이송하는 어포이송장치(C)와, 상기 어포이송장치(C)의 끝단 하부에 설치된 어포공급콘베어(D)와, 상기 어포공급콘베어 상부에 설치된 어포공급장치(E)와, 상기 어포공급장치(E)의 좌우측면에 설치된 두개의 어포구이장치(F1,F2)와, 상기 두개의 어포구이장치(F1,F2)의 일 측에 설치되어 구워진 어포를 이송하는 어포구이이송콘베어장치(G1,G2)와, 상기 어포구이이송콘베어장치(G1,G2)의 다른 끝단부에 설치된 어포구이포장이송콘베어장치(H)에 연결된 포장기(I)로 구성된 어포구이제조장치에 관한 것이다.
