A pharmaceutical composition comprising! the active ingredient, and! one or more excipients present in an amount of at least 1% of the total weight of the composition! in which ! the active ingredient comprises a cocrystal, the cocrystal comprises VX-950 and the additional shaping component which is 4-hydroxybenzoic acid. ! 2. The composition of claim 1, wherein the cocrystal is present in an amount of about 1-99% of the total weight of the composition. ! 3. The composition of claim 1, wherein the cocrystal is present in an amount of at least 50% of the total weight of the composition. ! 4. A composition according to claim 1, wherein the cocrystal is present in an amount of at least 68% of the total weight of the composition. ! 5. The composition of claim 1, wherein the molar ratio of active ingredient to a further formative component is from about 5: 1 to about 1: 5. ! 6. The composition of claim 1, wherein the molar ratio of VX-950 to a further formative component is about 1: 1. ! 7. The composition of claim 1, wherein the one or more excipients selected from the group consisting of a filler, a surfactant, a substance which imparts slip, lubricant and disintegrant. ! 8. The composition of claim 1, wherein the one or more excipients include one or more fillers. ! 9. The composition of claim 8, wherein the one or more fillers selected from the group consisting of the following excipients: mannitol, lactose, sucrose, dextrose, maltodextrin, sorbitol, xylitol, powdered cellulose, microcrystalline cellulose, silikatiro
