The tool has a counter cutting element (6) arranged at a handle (1) in such a manner that the cutting element cooperates with a blade (20) of a scissor-like tool (2). A cutter-like tool (3) i.e. saw, with a joint point (32) is pivotably arranged at an end of the handle. A locking element (4) is connected with the handle in such a manner that the locking element is moved between a locking position and a releasing position, so that pivoting movement of the scissor-like tool and pivoting movement of the cutter-like tool are blocked or released according to a position of the locking element.
