CONSTITUTION: A needle roller comprises: a grip unit(100) which is griped by a surgical operator or a user； and a roller unit which is rotationally installed to the grip unit. The grip unit includes a pair of support stands(110) which are parallelly expanded to the front. In the support stands, grooves fixing the roller part can be respectively formed.
