<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mat for improving visual quality in a form to be used by putting down the mat on a block for guiding a visually impaired person. <；P>；SOLUTION: The mat 20 is used by putting down on the paving block 10 (the block for guiding a visually impaired person) having a plurality of projections 12 on the front surface of a plate-like block body 11. A fiber layer 22 is formed on the front surface of a mat body 21. The mat body 21 is formed at a position for allowing a plurality of through-holes 23 to correspond to the projections 12.
