The present invention relates to a mouthpiece for endoscope and, more specifically, to a mouthpiece for endoscope which: can be seated and fixated well on the mouth and teeth of a patient during endoscopic examination; enables saliva collected in the mouth of the patient to be discharged easily; and enables the smooth supply of oxygen and the smooth discharge of carbon. The mouthpiece for endoscope according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a main body unit which is formed to be supported on the surrounding part of a patient and has a penetration hole in the center; a body unit which is fixated by being bitten by the mouth of the patient by being formed on the rear side of the main body unit and has a support member having a cross section of an oval shape; an endoscope guide unit which guides the insertion of an endoscope by being extended from the lower part of the body unit and limits the movement of tongue; and a saliva discharge inducing unit which has a discharge inducing pipe of a cylindrical shape having a saliva discharge hole in one side of the main body unit to be extended to the mouth of the patient and has a structure which can discharge saliva collected in the mouth to the outside through the discharge inducing pipe.
