The present invention relates to radioisotope labeled compounds for diagnosis of tumor and to precursor compounds, and more particularly, to radioisotope labeled compounds for diagnosis of tumor, which can obtain more tumor-specific positron emission tomography (PET) images with no intake of inflammatory tissues, and to precursor compounds. The radioisotope labeled compounds according to the present invention, as tyrosine derivatives, intake no inflammatory tissues so that tumor-specific PET images can be obtained. More specifically, the labeling compound according to the present invention has superior in-vivo pharmacokinetic properties to obtain a clear tumor image, and thus can be used as a PET radiopharmaceutical for diagnosis of a tumor.본 발명은 종양 진단용 방사성 동위원소 표지 화합물 및 전구체 화합물에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 염증 조직의 섭취가 없어 보다 종양 특이적 PET (positron emission tomography) 영상을 얻을 수 있는 종양 진단용 방사성 동위원소 표지 화합물과 이의 전구체 화합물에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따른 방사성 동위원소 표지 화합물은 티로신 유도체로서 염증 조직의 섭취가 없어 보다 종양 특이적 PET 영상을 얻을 수 있다. 더욱 구체적으로 본 발명에 따른 표지 화합물은 생체 내 약물동력학적 성질이 우수하여 보다 선명한 종양 영상을 얻을 수 있어 종양 진단용 PET 방사성 의약품으로 사용될 수 있다.
