An absorbent article comprising a liquid-permeable top sheet, an absorbent body, a liquid-impermeable back sheet, and a second sheet between the liquid-permeable top sheet and the absorbent body, wherein the top sheet and the second sheet comprise a blood modifying agent with an IOB of 0.00-0.60, a melting point of no higher than 45°C, and a water solubility of 0.00-0.05 g in 100 g of water at 25°C.Linvention concerne un article absorbant qui ne présente pas de sensation collante sur la feuille supérieure, celle-ci étant lisse, même après labsorption de sang menstruel extrêmement visqueux.
