The microcapsule provides an aesthetic effect to the cosmetic composition with various colors by the visually distinguishable large size contains relatively great amount of the functional component by having the thin outer cover does not break in a process of manufacturing the cosmetic composition by having a proper level of break strength through the combination of the size and thickness of the outer cover and allows the functional component to show enough effect by discharging the included functional component by being broken when being applied to the skin, though not being broken in a process of manufacturing the cosmetic composition.
