The present invention relates to a method for removing odors from microalgae, which comprises: a first reaction step of adding at least one component selected from the group of acid bentonite, silica, diatomite, and pozzolan to a microalgae extract； and a second reaction step of secondly reacting a composition consisting of sepiolite, saponite, kaolinite, and bentonite with the microalgae extract obtained as a result of the first reaction.본 발명은 미세조류 추출물에 산성백토, 실리카, 규조토, 및 포졸란의 군에서 선택된 적어도 1종의 성분을 첨가하여 1차 반응하는 단계 및, 상기 1차 반응결과 얻어진 미세조류 추출물에 세피오라이트, 사포나이트, 카올리나이트, 및 벤토나이트로 이루어진 조성물을 2차 반응하는 단계를 포함하여 미세조류로부터 냄새를 제거하는 방법을 제공한다.
